Do you use templates in your designs? |
| A. |
No. We only create custom designs for our clients. Using templates would sacrifice quality, originality and effectiveness. We do, however, provide template customization. If a client provides us with a template they have already purchased, we will gladly customize the template to suit the clients needs and convert it from a "boxed" layout to a custom solution. |

How do I send my own artwork files you you for my print order? |

When you place an order you will receive an order #. You can email all files to custom@marketingcommand.com with your order # in the subject line after you have placed your order on the website or you can login to your web account on MarketingCommand.com and click the Submit Print Files link. Fill out the form and submit it and you are done. We accept JPEG, GIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, CDR and PDF file formats. If you can not provide any of these file formats please contact us at sales@marketingcommand so that we can show you how to proceed. |

How long does it take for print orders to be delivered? |

Your print orders should be in your hands within 10 business days from the date you placed your order. |

How long does the custom design process usually take? |
| A. |
All projects are different due to the custom nature of the project. We do, however strive to meet a 5 day turnaround time with all custom designs. You will be notified if there is any disruption in the timeframe and appropriate actions will be taken to meet any deadlines you may have. |

Do you outsource your design work to India? |
| A. |
Absolutely not. We take great pride in our work and only offer our in-house design services and years of professional experience in the field. Although the cost of design services overseas may be tempting to some, the quality is far from what we consider acceptable. |

What quality materials do you use for signs and vehicle graphics? |
| A. |
We use only Avery A6 materials. These materials are the highest quality, longest lasting vinyl films on the market. They are guaranteed not to fade, peel or crack for 6 years. |

How do you ship your orders? |

We ship using UPS Ground service. We can expedite your delivery with Express shipment if requested at an additional cost. Just let us know and we will do so for you. |

We ship only to the 50 United States and Canada. |

What if I am not satisfied with my products or services? |

You can contact support@marketingcommand.com and tell them exactly what it is that you are not satisfied with about your order. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation for you. |

What is the .swf file format? |
| A. |
The .swf file format is a compiled Macromedia flash format for web publishing. Once a website, application or animation is converted to this format, the Flash file can be viewed and loaded onto a website. |
